General terms and conditions for the use of the Family Hotel Rainbow website, booking enquiries and reservations
FAMILY HOTEL RAINBOW
A request for reservation, is not guaranteed reservation. Once an enquiry has been made, a reply will be returned within 48hrs with the preferred contact method indicated by the customer as to whether the accommodation is available according to the dates, number of adults, number of children and their ages.
If the customer has confirmed the reservation via bank transfer. Hotel Rainbow undertakes to ensure the use of the services requested and paid for by the customer under the reservation made by the customer, in their full quantity and quality according to the data provided by the customer via the reservation form - customer name, check-in and check-out period (total number of nights), number of adults and children.
The "Remarks" field in the booking form is not binding for Rainbow Hotel and all the special requests of the client filled in the said field will be fulfilled if possible by the hotel. Only children under the age stated accordingly at the date of arrival will be accepted on the childrens booking.
On the day for check-in if the number of adults or the number of children is more than specified when the customer has made the reservation. We reserve the right to charge additionaly depending on our pricing for the current date period the guest has booked and the pricing policy specified in the prices tab In this case if accommodation is not possible due to no rooms available we reserve the right to accommodate only the specified number of guests in the reservation.
Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 for the specified check-in date in the reservation.
Check-out is before and not later than 12:00 on the day of check-out

All customers that are gonna be accommodated are obligated to provide ID document on the day of check-in so we can register them according to the Bulgarian laws
In case of single accommodation or if the room capacity allows it and later on adding extra person to the room. The customer has to pay according our pricing policy
External visitors to the accommodated customers are not allowed in the hotel/room area for longer than 2hrs. Or they will have to be registered and pay
The prices on the Family Hotel Rainbow website are in Bulgarian Leva (BGN), inclusive of VAT and tourist tax.
All payments by bank transfer in currency different than Bulgarian Leva, must be converted by the sender Bank
All fees for converting currency to Bulgarian Leva are paid by the customer
All fees and transfer costs for refunds and converting from Bulgarian Leva to the recipient currency are paid by the client
The total amount payable by the client is calculated depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and their age and the current accommodation policy for children and price offer for the relevant period. Price policies for children, adults and current prices are found in the "Prices" section.
For reservations made by customers with a Bulgarian bank account and Bulgarian residency, a security deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid by bank transfer to the specified bank account of Family Hotel Rainbow within 5 working days after the customer has agreed to the reservation conditions. The outstanding balance is payable by bank transfer 14 days prior to check-in or immediately upon check-in.
For reservations made by customers with Foreign Bank Account and foreign residency, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required by bank transfer to the specified bank account of Family Hotel Rainbow within 5 working days after the customer reservation agreement. The remaining 70% should be paid 14 days prior to check-in.
The client is obliged to send by email or by any of the social contacts a payment order of the bank transfer. Upon receipt of the amount, Family Hotel Rainbow is obliged to confirm the reservation to the client. Only after this point the reservation is considered confirmed. In case of incorrect details filled in by you when ordering the payment, we inform you that the Rainbow Hotel reserves the right to request additional payment on the day of check-in.
The Rainbow Hotel reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and availability. For bookings already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due will not change regardless of new price offers presented.
If the customer want to receive invoice for the deposit that has been made he must specify that no later than when the deposid it made
In the event of cancellation, non-use or modification of an reservation already paid by the customer, the Rainbow Hotel will refund the amount paid upon request, charging the corresponding penalty
- Cancellations and changes without penalty - must be made up to 14 days before the check-in date.
- In case of changes or cancellations after this period, a penalty of the prepaid deposit will be due.
- After the free cancellation period is over, no refund will be given
- In case of no-show on the day of check-in, the full payment is charged and no refund is possible
In the event of a refund, all transfer costs (bank charges, etc.) will be borne by the customer. Refunds due to cancellation will be made within 30 days depending on the method of payment, refunds will be made only to the bank account from which they were received. Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
After payment and check-in, if the customer wishes to interrupt his/her stay before the departure date of the reservation, for reasons within or outside his/her control. The balance of the unused days will not be refunded.
If any damage is made to the hotel property customer has to pay it in triple of its original price
Lost keys with entry control fobs or hotel cards are paid 100lv
- By debit/credit card at the reception of the Rainbow Hotel
- By bank transfer
- In cash, at the reception of the Rainbow Hotel
Payment is made at check-in via Bank POS terminal
Payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the specified time after booking. Once payment has been made, it is advisable to send a copy of the payment document to [email protected]
If the reservation is not paid within the specified time and a copy of the payment document is not sent upon payment by bank transfer, your reservation will be cancelled.
